A broken environment kills more React Native journeys than bad code ever will. So I set up a brand new MacBook Pro (M3 Pro) from zero in the video: every tool, every command, nothing skipped or assumed.

This is the React Native CLI path, not Expo, so you get the full native toolchain working end to end.
