Introducing The Code with Beto MCP
Céss White, June 2026
TL;DR
- Pro members only: connect from your profile → MCP → Copy setup, then paste in your editor.
- Ask in plain language: search blogs, open course lessons, and pull site content without leaving your editor.
- Copy from templates: browse and pull code from Platano, Inkigo, and other private repos the same way.
The Code with Beto MCP is an MCP server that connects your AI editor (Cursor, Claude Desktop, VS Code, or Windsurf) directly to Code with Beto, so you can search courses and blogs, read full lessons, and copy code from Pro templates without leaving your editor. Connect once from your profile, then ask questions in plain language and your assistant pulls from your courses, blogs, and Pro templates.
Who this is for
Pro lifetime members who use Cursor, Claude Desktop, VS Code, or Windsurf while building React Native and Expo apps.
If you already learn from the courses, reference the blog, or copy patterns from Platano while coding, this keeps everything in one place instead of switching tabs.
What you get
- Search blogs, tools, videos, and projects on Code with Beto
- Read full blog posts inside your editor
- List and open course lessons (React Native, React + TypeScript, Git)
- Search lessons by topic when you need a quick refresher
- Browse and copy code from private template repos (Platano, Inkigo, and more)
- Ask for a screen or pattern in natural language and get real source files back
You also need your GitHub username on your profile and membership in the Code with Beto GitHub org for template copy. If something fails, your assistant can walk you through the fix.
How to connect
- Log in at codewithbeto.dev/profile

FAQ
What is the Code with Beto MCP?
It's an MCP server that connects AI editors like Cursor, Claude Desktop, VS Code, and Windsurf to your Code with Beto account, so you can search courses and blogs, read full lessons, and copy code from private templates like Platano and Inkigo without leaving your editor.
Who can use it?
Pro lifetime members. Basic lifetime access does not include MCP. For copying private GitHub templates you also need your GitHub username on your profile and membership in the Code with Beto GitHub organization.
How do I set it up?
Sign in at codewithbeto.dev/profile, open the MCP section, click Copy setup, and paste it into your editor's MCP settings once. Your key is created on first visit, so you only paste it a single time.
What if the connection fails?
Most failures come from a missing GitHub username on your profile or not being a member of the Code with Beto GitHub organization. Ask your assistant to walk you through the fix, or re-copy the setup from the MCP section of your profile and paste it again.
